Platform: The website/platform where the Merchant offers products/services and where transactions are initiated.

Transaction: The order/request placed by a User to purchase products/services by paying the Transaction Amount.

Transaction Amount: The amount paid by the User for a Transaction.

User: Any person availing products/services offered on the platform.

Website: This website and related pages operated by the Merchant.

Merchant's Rights

You agree that we may collect, store, and share information provided by you for order fulfillment, service delivery, and communication related to your transactions.

Your Responsibilities

You must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information required to complete transactions, including personal details (name, email, phone, delivery address, and any other required information) and accurate payment details.

Prohibited Actions

Using the platform for unauthorized or unlawful purposes.
Collecting user data without permission.
Bypassing or interfering with security features.
Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
Using bots, scripts, scraping tools, or automated extraction methods without written permission.
Uploading malicious code, spam, or content that disrupts platform operations.
Reverse engineering, copying, or exploiting platform code/content without authorization.
Harassing, threatening, abusing, or harming users, employees, or agents.
Using platform content for competing or unauthorized commercial activity.

Limitation of Liability

In case of defective product, service deficiency, or mismatch with listing description, the User's recourse is to initiate a refund/replacement request as per applicable policy. We expressly disclaim other liabilities to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Merchant, its affiliates, agents, and representatives from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from breach of these Terms by the User.

Guidelines for Reviews

When posting reviews/ratings, you agree that:

You have firsthand experience with the product/service being reviewed.
No abusive, offensive, hateful, racist, or discriminatory content will be posted.
No false, misleading, or illegal statements will be posted.
No organized campaigns for fake positive/negative reviews will be run.

We may accept, reject, or remove reviews at our discretion. Reviews are user opinions and do not necessarily represent our views.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction, subject to arbitration provisions below.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be referred to arbitration in Bengaluru under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The proceedings shall be in English and remain confidential. The arbitral decision shall be final and binding. Either party may seek appropriate injunctive relief from courts in Bengaluru.
